On Latest Indictment of Chuck Schwarz

 It's a disgrace that Chuck Schwarz, who has already spent 33 months in prison for crimes he didn't commit, should be subjected to another vindictive prosecution by the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District. This is a witch-hunt and we're confident that he will be ultimately exonerated of all charges.
