Lynch will be available to comment immediately following Supreme Court Justice Laura Blackburne’s decision regarding charges against William Hodges who was arrested for attempted murder after he shot police officer David Gonzalez three years ago. Justice Blackburne reserved final decision until tomorrow after hearing re-arguments on speedy trial issues a month ago.
