The PBA has set up a fund to help pay for the defense, appeals, and other legal expenses of Chuck Schwarz, the police officer wrongly imprisoned in the Louima case.

I urge his brother and sister officers to contribute to the cause of winning him his ultimate freedom from federal prison.
