CALL TO ORDER PBA President Patrick Lynch called the meeting to order at 11:20

PRESIDENT’S REPORT PBA President began the meeting by stating that as of March 9, 2001, the parties to the PERB constitutionality suit have submitted to the Albany County Supreme Court all necessary paperwork. Oral arguments will be heard on March 23, 2001. We are not sure how long it will take for the Judge to issue a decision, but we will keep the membership updated. Mr. Lynch noted that the Teachers Union has also declared impasse and seems to be mirroring the PBA’s strategy. Mr. Lynch still believes the City is not willing to sit down and seriously negotiate a contract.

All members affected will be notified regarding the terms of this agreement. Mr. Lynch thanked all Transit & Housing delegates and Trustees who assisted the PBA Attorney’s in this victory.
