We have filed a federal class action lawsuit against nine pharmaceutical companies for anti-trust law and other violations that have kept prescription drug prices artificially high.

Yesterday, we issued the attached news release. The filing of the suits was reported by WNBC-TV News, The American Law Journal, the Reuters news service, Bloomberg News and Newsday.
