RE: GOVERNOR PATAKI'S EXECUTIVE ORDER
On September 24, 2001, Governor Pataki signed an Executive Order addressing issues pertinent to the families of loved ones who are missing as a result of the World Trade Center disaster. The procedures outlined in the Executive Order are designed "to provide comfort, support and assistance" to the families, by "helping with crucial estate and financial matters."
The law firm of Worth, Longworth Bamundo & London is available to assist PBA family members wishing to avail themselves of these procedures. They are available to answer any questions concerning benefits and other issues arising out of the World Trade Center disaster. Until restoration of full telephone service in downtown Manhattan, the law firm may be reached at a dedicated phone line established for this purpose: (718) 769-1900 ext. 2023.
Fraternally,
Patrick J. Lynch
