September 20, 2002

Negotiations with the Office of Labor Relations began on September 20, 2002 with respect to the 1.5% additional compensation. Progress has been made; however the issue has not been settled. The City assured the PBA that they would process the pay increase along with retroactivity as quickly as possible. We will advise you when we receive a pay schedule.
