Re: 1.5% Payments

As you know, we reached agreement on the 1.5% provided for in the Arbitration Award. The Office of Labor Relations has informed us of the following payment schedule:

February 28, 2003: payment of the 1.5% increase, whether in the form of longevity (year 6 and beyond) or salary increases before basic maximum (years 1-5), along with retroactive monies associated with the 1.5% and recomputed overtime, dating back to July 31, 2002.

March 14, 2003: payment of all associated increases in night shift differential and accompanying retroactive monies and re-computed overtime (dating back to August 1, 2000).
