evenue-raising
disguised as traffic control and other quality-of-life matters have
inspired the Bloomberg administration to introduce several initiatives
lately that have already angered the public and are bound to keep
them riled up. We just want New York City's citizens to know that,
although it will often be a police officer's face you see when that

-
Doubled
Parking Fines
-
Imposed
Summons Quotas on Police Officers
-
Allowed
Precinct Manpower to Shrink
-
Shortchanged
the Heroes of 9/11 in Last Contract
-
Reduced
Essential Services
So
when these things make you angry, as they most likely will, remember...
