To All Delegates and Members

May 25, 2006

On Aug.14, 1980, 43-year-old Police Officer Harry R. Ryman was killed by three criminals he caught in the act of stealing a car. Those criminals – Paul Ford, Barrington Young and Cornelius Bucknor – have now applied for parole. The PBA strongly supports the position that cop-killers, if they are not executed, should never be released from prison. So we urge you to print out and sign the attached petition and the online petition to deny them parole and send it to the New York State Board of Parole.

Help us keep these cop-killers locked up for the rest of their lives. Sign the petitions and send them in.

Fraternally,

Patrick J. Lynch
President
