Re: Health Fair

I am happy to announce that on April 13, 2007, in conjunction with University Physicians Group and Staten Island University Hospital, we will be sponsoring a “Police Appreciation Day.” There will be free medical screening at Staten Island University Hospital (Medical Arts Pavilion) 242 Mason Avenue, Staten Island, NY, from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. The following medical specialists will be participating:

• Internal Medicine
• Nutrition
• Diabetes Education
• Family Medicine
• Podiatry.

The following free screenings will be available to PBA members, both active and retired and spouses:

• Hearing Screening
• Colon Cancer Education
• EKG
• BMI (Body Mass Index)
• Oral Cancer Screening
• Smoking Cessation Program
• Stroke Screening
• Podiatry
