CONTRACT UPDATE

We met with the PERB chairperson on Monday, August 27th for a discussion of the process and to establish a calendar for the hearings and motions.  Motions will be submitted over the next few weeks with pre-hearing briefs due by October 22nd.

The following hearing dates have been set:

November 6, 2007
November 27, 2007
November 28, 2007
November 29, 2007
December 10, 2007 (tentative)
December 11, 2007 (tentative)
December 12, 2007
December 13, 2007
December 14, 2007
Week of January 7, 2008 (reserved)
