I am happy to report that parole has been denied to Michael Alston, the killer of Sgt. Keith Levine.  Let me take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the time to send a letter of opposition to the Division of Parole.  It is our firm belief that anyone who kills a police officer should never be released from prison for any reason.  It is unfortunate, but I know I will be calling upon you again to join the PBA in fighting to keep all cop-killers in jail for life.  Your support is critical and greatly appreciated.
