Health and Safety Violations in NYPD Facilities


In order to efficiently track and investigate all of the complaints of unsafe or unhealthy conditions in NYPD facilities in which police officers work, we are now providing a Health and Safety Violation Complaint Form. Members may now inform us of health and safety issues as they arise, so that, in appropriate circumstances, we can arrange inspections by PESH (Public Employee Safety and Health Bureau) inspectors and/or experts retained by the PBA.

If you believe that the conditions in your station house are dangerous, unsanitary or in any other way affect your ability to successfully carry out your duties as a police officer, complete and submit the Complaint Form.
