On Friday, May 14th, we received notification that the State’s Public Employment Relations Board – PERB – has granted our request to declare an Impasse in our contract negotiations with the City. A PERB-appointed mediator has been provided. This is the first step in the PERB arbitration process. We will keep you informed as information and dates become available.
