Pat Lynch leads the charge against over-turning the death penalty for double cop killer Ronell Wilson whose federal death sentence was overturned on appeal.  Lynch's outrage hit the press only minutes after decision came down. Wilson will be re-sentenced and is still eligible for the death penalty.
