The Academy is a “hands on” State Licensed School by the New York State Education Department specializing in Personal Training Program as well as Health, Fitness and Wellness.  We focus on providing a high quality education that help prepare students to work anywhere in the fitness and wellness industry. It is a 260 hours, comprehensive program in which students spends, 130 hours in a classroom  with  academic subjects and 130 hours of hands-on practical training on state of the art equipment.

Last but not least we offer a range of payment plans and a 15 % discount for the NYPD, FDNY, Military and we accept the GI Bill for those who are eligible inducing retirees.
