Police Graduate Studies Program
M.A. in Human Resources Training & Development
Ed.S. in Administration & Supervision
Seton Hall University is now offering a Master’s Degree Program in Human Resources Training and Development (HRTD) for members of the law enforcement community in two models: on-line and off-campus. The on-line requires only one weekend residency and the entire degree (36 credits) is taught in an on-line program using the Blackboard 9 application. The off-campus was specifically designed for the New York police community in that classes are scheduled on weekends to facilitate the interstate commute. An off-campus site is conveniently located in Fort Lee, New Jersey (near the George Washington Bridge). Lastly, MOS who have already completed their M.A may continue pursuing a higher degree by enrolling into our Education Specialist Ed.S. Degree program, also conducted in Fort Lee, NJ. It is an additional 36 credits and is only offered in the off-campus model at this time.
The University continues to provide a 50% scholarship for all students enrolled in these three programs. Members are strongly encouraged to join the numerous NYPD graduates, and take advantage of this educational opportunity. For further information about enrollment, please contact Dr. Domenick Varricchio, Program Coordinator, at (201) 585-1721 or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional points of contacts are Monsignor Christopher J. Hynes, Program Director, and our administrator, Ms. Michele Rullo, at (973) 761-9223. Semesters begin in January, May and September, respectively.
