S489 (Bonacic); A1474 (Gunther) - Public Officers Law - Authorizes a member of the New York City police or fire department to reside in a county that is located within one hundred miles of the city.   30. S3258-A (Maltese); A6237-A (Cymbrowitz) - Presumes certain diseases to have been incurred in the performance and discharge of duty if a previous physical found no evidence of such disease. S4410-A (Maltese); A7384-A (Abbate) - Provides for crediting prior service by the police pension fund of NYC even where such service is not rendered immediately prior to commencement of police service.
