Spirit Lives On

Close to 200 police officers, including Patrolmen's Benevolent Association President Patrick J. Lynch (second from right) gathered early on the morning of Feb. 26 to mark the 20th anniversary of the murder of Police Officer Edward Byrne at the site in South Jamaica.
