Canteen
On St. Patrick’s Day 2003, Pat Lynch and other PBA board members and delegates took the PBA canteen with them when they marched in the Fifth Avenue parade so that cops — those both working and marching — could have some refreshment.
 
Emerald Society
On April 5, ret. Sgt. John Tansey (in kilt) of the Pipes and Drums of the N.Y.P.D. Emerald Society presents Pat Lynch with a ceremonial mace symbolizing the PBA president’s designation as the society’s Man of the Year.
