PBA President Pat Lynch and the Executive Board want to thank their old friend and former commissioner, Bernard Kerik, for remembering where he came from. Recently returned from his establishment of the police force in Iraq, Kerik donated $4,000 to the PBA Widows’ and Children’s Fund. Kerik has come a long way since his days as a narcotics detective in Washington Heights, but his heart is still with the people who matter at the NYPD.
