Re Dismissals of Three 72 Pct. Police Officers

The PBA will be seeking a judicial review of these dismissals (known as an Article-78 proceeding), on the grounds that the penalties are arbitrary and capricious and a gross abuse of discretion. The city and the Police Department should not react to this terrible tragedy by violating the rights of police officers.
