STATEMENT BY PBA PRESIDENT PATRICK J. LYNCH
REGARDING THE REMOVAL OF THE INTERNATIONAL FREEDOM CENTER
FROM THE WORLD TRADE CENTER MEMORIAL

“We are very grateful to Governor Pataki who today reclaimed the World Trade Center Memorial for the victims of 9-11, their families and for the firefighters, police officers and all emergency service workers who perished that tragic day. We look forward to visiting an appropriate memorial at that sacred site that will remember the events of that day and honor all who were there, living and dead, during the worse terrorist attack this country has ever endured.”
