PBA President Reacts to Indictments

Reacting to no true bill regarding the actions of police officer Michael Carey, PBA president Patrick J. Lynch said:

“We are gratified that the grand jury found that the actions of our police officer were justified. The other indictments are troubling because we believe they were based on the number of shots fired and not the justification for firing them. The PBA offers the detectives indicted today our total support and is confident they will be acquitted at trial.”
