STATEMENT BY PBA PRESIDENT PATRICK J. LYNCH
REGARDING MORE LENIENT PAROLE LAWS
Regarding the state’s decision to fight the inmates’ suit
seeking more lenient parole laws, PBA president Patrick J. Lynch
said:
“The decision to fight this ridiculous suit
by violent felons and killers is the right decision. Violent
felons should not be eligible for parole and cop killers should
stay incarcerated for life. The state owes law abiding
citizens nothing less.”
