AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law and the administrative
code of the city of New York, in relation to providing that any injury
or illness, including future manifestations, even after retirement,
for occurrences directly related to the terrorist attack on September
eleventh, two thousand one be presumptively eligible for an accidental
disability (Part A); and to enact the September 11th worker protection
task force act; and providing for the repeal of such provisions upon
expiration thereof (Part B).
