PBA president Pat Lynch sets the record straight in the case where a woman with a child was arrested at an HRA office. Lynch informed the media that that NYPD officers had convinced the woman to leave and that as she departed, the HRA security grabbed her by the arm and put her on the ground creating a chaotic situation in which NYPD officers had to secure the baby.
