Participating Dentists

Complete the fields at left, then press "Search," to find participating dental providers in the five boroughs of the city of New York, its surrounding counties, and some other U.S. states.

  1. New York is the default state. However, you can select another state from the drop-down menu.
  2. Select your county, or leave this field as it is to select all counties in your selected state.
  3. Leave the specialty field as is to display dentists in all specialties for your selected county or state. Alternatively, you may narrow down your choice by selecting a specific specialty.
  4. Keyword allows you to enter all or part of any dentist's name, address, or phone number. For example, you might remember your dentist's name, but not his address. Entering his name, or part of his name, in this field will bring up his full information.
  5. Press Search to see your selections, or Clear Search to start again.
