Outside the Manhattan courtroom where cop-killer Tyrone Howard entered a not guilty plea in the murder of P.O. Randolph Holder, Pat Lynch stood with P.O. Holder's father, PSA 5 members and PBA board members to praise P.O. Holder and his partner, P.O. Omar Wallace, as "everyday heroes." Lynch told reporters: "We'll be here every day to make sure we see the day when this miscreant is behind bars and can never set upon a citizen or police officer again."
