Pat Lynch joined dozens of police officers to support the family of fallen P.O. Anthony Dwyer as they delivered a victim impact statement at the parole hearing of Edward Matos. Matos, who pushed P.O. Dwyer off the roof of a Times Square building in 1989, is up for parole for the second time.
