We have been informed new Member ID cards will soon be issued for the following City of New York Health Benefits Program Plans:
GHI-CBP
Each family member should receive their own GHI (Medical) and Empire (Hospital) cards.
GHI Senior Care
Each family member should receive their own GHI (Medical) and Empire (Hospital) cards. If you are enrolled in the Emblem Medicare Prescription Drug Plan, you should receive a separate card for that plan as well.
PICA
PICA will continue to use the same ID number for all family members and cards will display the subscriber’s name.
Members should expect to receive their new ID cards between the last week of May through the end of June. New ID cards and numbers will be effective July 1, 2020.
