The five police unions join together to endorse former NYPC Captain Joe Concannon for City Council in the 23rd district of Queens. The endorsement, made on the steps of City Hall, is in fulfillment of the promise to challenge council members who we believe misrepresented their constituents by voting in favor of the so called “community safety act.” Concannon, with the full support of the five police unions, will challenge incumbent Mark Weprin in November’s election.
