PBA members and board officers joined law enforcement and military bands from across the country — and representatives from Canadian law enforcement agencies — marked the 15th anniversary of 9/11 with a procession down the Canyon of Heroes and through lower Manhattan, followed by a ceremony at the Police Memorial in Battery Park City where Pat Lynch spoke.
