Pat Lynch reacts to the death of Jersey City P.O. Melvin Santiago

PBA president Patrick J. Lynch said: 

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, friends and colleagues of fallen Jersey City Police Officer Melvin Santiago. The New York City PBA stands together with our brothers and sisters of the JCPD to honor his memory and his heroic sacrifice.”
