PBA president Patrick J. Lynch, joined by the parents, wife and partner of PO Dennis Guerra who was killed in an arson fire, speaks to reporters following the conviction of Marcell Dockery of murder 1, assault 1 and arson 3.  Lynch gives a statement and then speaks on behalf of the Guerra family who chose not to answer questions.  This audio file was recorded by the PBA.
