PBA Statement on Governor's order granting voting rights for parolees

PBA President Patrick J. Lynch said:

“Rather than worrying about the voting rights of parolees, Governor Cuomo should be focused on addressing the failure of a parole system that could set free a remorseless, three-time cop-killer like Herman Bell.  A vicious, depraved individual like Bell should not only be barred from voting — he should never step foot outside prison walls again.”
